The Optimized Diet

Our concept at NutriCoach is controlling chronic diseases with diet. We are accepting individuals for personal coaching on a very limited basis. Our maximum will be three individuals or three couples.

The Optimize Diet started with just an attempt to control blood glucose with type 2 diabetes. It was soon recognized that a proper optimize diet also helped with almost all chronic diseases. Because of that need to focus we focused on type 2 diabetes.

Nanaimo is a popular tourist destination. Therefore, we offered either just personal consultation or in a seven or more day package we can include trips for fishing or tourism.

The personal consultation includes:

·        Grocery shopping trips

·        Cooking sessions

·        NutriBase Software setup and instruction

·        The audio visual presentations

·        Instruction of nutrition concepts

Since Vancouver Island is known for world class fishing destinations and unique tourism possibilities we have decided to leave the possibility open for including fishing and other tourism possibilities in our booking options.
